Smartness.online is a B2B e-commerce platform. Therefore, the regulations set forth in the Consumer Code do not apply, including the right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity, and other protections reserved for final consumers.

General Conditions

To support its customers, Smartness nonetheless offers the option to make a return for reconsideration within 7 days from the date the goods are received. The refund will be issued in the form of a credit note equal to the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Terms and Procedure

• The physical return of the goods must take place within 15 business days from the date the Return / RMA number is issued.
• Before shipping the goods, you must request RMA authorization. The assigned number must be clearly indicated on the return delivery note.
• Shipments without an RMA number will be returned to the sender.
• Smartness reserves the right to refuse returns related to special sales (e.g., promotional or vendor-supported pricing).
• If the returned goods do not comply with the stated conditions, Smartness may apply penalties or refuse the return.
