Thanks to the scrambler function, conversations can be 'decrypted' only within a workgroup, and the CTCSS/DCS codes exclude other groups from the start. Double security, so to speak! The hands-free function can be used wherever both hands are 'on the job.' The transmission time limit prevents accidental continuous transmissions or interrupts ongoing conversations.

Extreme Temperatures

To ensure functionality at all temperatures, the radios were exposed to at least -32°C (-22°F) for more than 48 hours and up to +65°C (149°F) for more than 4 hours.

Rain

The devices were exposed to rain, sprayed with water from a height, and inspected for damage.

Humidity

The devices were exposed to humidity cycles ranging from 58% to 88% over a 24-hour period.
